We manufacture plastic screens and filter elements with plastic or metal mesh in a wide variety of shapes. We can also supply fully assembled units. To give shape to your ideas, we need only your sketch or drawing. Then we do the rest ourselves. At the end, we send you the finished component, manufactured with precision. Filters and screens are used wherever there is a need to separate different materials from each other in any phase of a process. Our filters are used throughout Europe.
We work primarily with engineering thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers such as ABS, CAP, PA, PC, PMMA, POM, PP, EP, TPE and PUR. If desired, we can combine these materials with metal.
We manufacture plastic parts in one-component and two-component injection moulding, as well as technical and optical parts with a part weight of up to 350 grams. We use cold and hot runner technology in our production and our injection moulding machines have a clamping force of up to 2000 kN.
